Microsoft has now also made the non-security update KB5001396 available for download for Windows 10 1909 last night. As reported yesterday, this update also includes the "weather display" for the taskbar.
The new version number is Windows 10 1909 18363.1533. Here, too, the empty entries in the start menu "ms-resource: AppName" and "ms-resource: app DisplayName" are (finally) removed. A holdover from older Windows 10 versions after a feature update. The other improvements:
Adds the ability to adjust the amount of idle time before a headset goes to sleep in the Windows Mixed Reality Settings app.
Fixes an issue that causes a stop error when you delete a file or folder from locations that are synced with Microsoft OneDrive.
