The Enablement Package, KB5000736, turns Windows 10 20H2 into Windows 10 21H1. As with the change from Windows 10 2004 to Windows 10 20H2 (2009), it is only a small update.
The new Windows 10 21H1 is still based on Windows 10 2004 (19041). We won't get a real function update until autumn with the then new Windows 10 21H2.
This means that the regtweak that we showed you here is superfluous, or the update activates everything that was missing so far.
[Update 02/10/2021]: Microsoft has updated the Enablement Package. It now contains the update for Windows 10 2004 and also Windows 10 20H2. Thus, both versions can be updated to the new Windows 10 21H1 with KB5000736. The package also includes the update for removing Adobe Flash Player. As with the feature update from Windows 10 2004 to 20H2, Microsoft Edge is not included.
[Update 03/19/2021]: Microsoft has now made the KB5000736 (Enablement Package) available as * .msu. You can now install the update feature "normally" by double-clicking. It is identical to the * .cab version. So if you have already installed the update, you don't need to do anything.
Officially for everyone, the Windows 10 21H1 will be distributed by Microsoft in April / May 2021.

Workaround: Restoring a previous version of an IME editor.

- Windows Sandbox or WDAG starts with an error message.
- A bug prevents cookies from being saved in the browser or the passwords under Windows 10.
- Create local account during installation, not possible. This is not a problem, it is wanted by Microsoft. Anyone who has already installed Windows 10 with a Microsoft account will not see the option "Offline Account" during the installation. The only thing that helps is to cut off the Internet to the computer, or to enter the wrong password a few times. If you have never installed with a Microsoft account before, you will still see the selection.
- It can happen that Defrag (HDD, Trim command, Storage Spaces or VHDX) does not run automatically via maintenance.
- Storage Spaces: A storage space with mirror (simple redundancy) and ReFS file system does not physically free any more memory when data is deleted. The version of ReFS or the Storage Spaces version is irrelevant.
- Storage Spaces: Defrag fills the drive during optimization and no longer releases the space to the pool if the drive is formatted with ReFS.
- Computer responds very slowly or not at all. The computer cannot be shut down because the services are not stopped. - This could be due to the AMD chipset or graphics driver.
