Windows Server 2022 20317 vNext (LTSC) now also with Windows PE and ADK ISO

Microsoft has made a new Windows Server 2022 available for download. It is 20317 and this time comes with the Windows ADK and Windows PE (Windows Preinstallation Environment) ISO in addition to the usual SDK and WDK ISO.
