On the other hand, Windows 10X will not be offered directly for download. The giant is positioning it as a stand-alone operating system available only for pre-installation on new devices. When it was announced, the OS was only to accompany devices with dual screens or foldable screens. In the meantime, Microsoft is tweaking Windows 10 21H1, the first Windows 10 feature update of the year 2021. It will be a minor update like 20H2. The deployment will take the form of a simple quality update via the Windows Update service. In the eyes of many, this is a service pack-type approach. Indeed the content will mainly tackle optimizations and bug fixes. New things will not be a priority.

This does not mean that Windows 10 21H1 will be without interest, some new things will be there. They will all come from user comments.
