Samsung Officially Released The Galaxy Chromebook 2, To Compete For The Fast-Growing Chromebook Market


Samsung announced the launch of the Galaxy Chromebook 2 before the CES 2021 show in early January this year. It is available in red (Fiesta Red) or gray (Mercury Gray). It is officially on sale today.

Galaxy Chromebook 2 uses a 13.3-inch QLED touch screen and gorilla protective glass, with a resolution of 1920x1080 and a DCI-P3 of 100%. The body uses a slim aluminum chassis, a backlit keyboard and a touchpad that matches the color of the machine, and the thickness is only 13.9 mm. Thanks to Smart Amp technology, an enhanced audio output of up to 178% can be achieved. The body is equipped with two USB-C ports, a microSD card slot, and a headset port. The former starts at $329.99 and the latter start at $179.99.
