AXLE seems like a somewhat unknown manufacturer, in fact, it is, but it has attracted attention by the announcement of the RTX 3090 CLASSIC graphics card, which appears to be a custom model of the reference model.
AXLE RTX 3090 CLASSIC is the first custom Founders Edition
It seems unlikely that a brand like AXLE was able to get permission from Nvidia to customize its reference model, but that's what the screenshots of the RTX 3090 CLASSIC suggest.
The design seems to be practically the same as the Nvidia reference, with the same cover and a single fan that is responsible for cooling the critical area of the GPU. It also appears to have the same thickness of three grooves. The only thing that differentiates this model from the original Nvidia would be the sticker on the fan that has the AXLE brand logo.
To this day, it is very difficult to get a reference RTX 3090 graphics card and it is only available through the official Nvidia store. In countries where the Nvidia store does not operate, it is sold by a select distributor in each country. AXLE is offering an alternative for those who want to enjoy a model practically identical to the reference one.
The model in question has a base clock of 1,400 MHz and has a memory speed of 19.5 Gbps. The number of HDMI connectors is only one, but three DisplayPort connectors.
For now, this is what we have. Is this a marketing mistake or is AXLE really going to release this model? You can see more information on the official website of the manufacturer.
