Anganwadi Vacancy: Good news for aspiring candidates at Anganwadi centers. The Women and Child Development Department of the Government of Karnataka have issued a notification for the recruitment of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper in various offices. The offices where vacancies have been announced include - Sarguppa, Bellary Urban, Bellary Rural, Hospet, Kudligi, HB Holi, Harapanapalli, Hadagali and Sandur. Candidates desirous of applying for the posts of worker and helper in Anganwadi centers located in these areas can submit their application through the online application form provided on the department's Anganwadi recruitment portal, anganwadirecruit.kar.nic.in. The last date for the online application has been set as 5 April 2021.

Who can apply?
As per the recruitment notification issued by the Department of Women and Child Development, the candidates desirous of applying for Anganwadi Worker posts should pass the examination of 10th standard. At the same time, the minimum educational qualification for the candidates for Helper posts has been fixed at 8th pass. On the other hand, the candidates desirous of applying for all the posts should not be less than 18 years of age and above 35 years of age.

For the application, after reaching the recruitment portal, anganwadirecruit.kar.nic.in, the candidates should check the details of eligibility, etc. in the notification from the link provided for the respective district. After this, select the district and post the name of the application and submit it. Then by filling in the submitted details on the new page, the candidates will be able to submit their application. Along with taking a print of the application submitted online, save it as well as a soft copy.
