Many of us who are looking for a gaming tower is not only looking for a tower that is functional and quality, but that does not seem like the umpteenth aesthetic clone in which all towers look the same. The Nfortec Nekkar is an ATX gaming tower with a unique aesthetic and does not, therefore, lose functionality or configuration capacity.
The Spanish manufacturer Nfortec surprises us once again with one of its ATX towers for gaming, where in the case of Nekkar not only stands out its beautiful design, but also the quality of its finishes and its versatility in order to configure our future gaming PC.
General specifications of the Nfortec Nekkar
The Nfortec Nekkar is the first tower with a mesh front that the Spanish company brings us within its extensive range of PC cases. It is a complete gaming box with a unique and attractive aesthetic.
The Nfortec Nekkar is made with a steel chassis, with dimensions of 415 mm long, 220 mm wide and 483 mm long. This allows us to install a motherboard of any type inside, since it has enough space to house a motherboard of the E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX type. In addition, its large space allows you to install a graphics card up to 340 mm in length.
As for the internal bays, we have one in which the power supply goes, which can be up to 230 mm in size, we also have seven expansion slots. When it comes to disk bays, we have two 2.5 / 3.5 disk bays and two 2.5 / 3.5 mixed bays in case you need to access a three and a half mechanical hard drive. Finally, in terms of I / O expansion capabilities which include the power button, the reset button, two USB 3.0 interfaces and a mini-jack for headphones and microphone.
Cooling capacity of the Nfortec Nekkar
One of the things that matter most in a tower is the heatsink that we can install to the CPU, which in the Nfortec Nekkar we can install one of up to 170 mm. If we are already talking about air cooling and air circulation throughout the tower, the Nfortec Nekkar has space for up to seven 120mm fans, with the following limitations regarding their distribution: a maximum of three fans on the front of the tower, two fans maximum at the top and a single fan at the rear.
In the event that you prefer to install 140mm fans, it is possible to do so, but respecting the 120mm rear fan, which will allow you to install two 140mm fans on the front and two on the top. However, the tower comes with four installation fans as standard, three in the front and one in the rear.
But, if you are more liquid-cooled, you can install a radiator up to 360mm in front, one up to 280mm on top, and one up to 120mm at the rear of the tower. As for dust treatment, the Nfortec Nekkar has dust filters on the front, the base and the top of the tower.
