Cooler Master announces a new 34-inch curved monitor called the GM34-CW, which is costing about 750 euros.
Cooler Master is not known for its monitors precisely, but they are striving to design some very interesting models for those video game enthusiasts who have no problem in shelling out 750 euros for a curved monitor.
Cooler Master GM34-CW is a 34-inch monitor with a 1500R curvature that offers a resolution of 144 Hz. The response time is only 1 ms and has poor compatibility with FreeSync 2, which makes this monitor fully suitable for gaming, even at a competitive level.
The panel is of the VA type manufactured by Samsung that can represent a resolution of 1440p, with a contrast of 3000: 1, full support for HDR and the possibility of displaying about 1,070 million colors. The color gamut it supports is 95% DCI-P3, 125% sRGB, and the maximum brightness is 400 nits. At this level of brightness, it should be enough to deliver very decent HDR content.
As for the video inputs, we have two DisplayPort ports and two HDMI ports. Cooler Master also adds two speakers for those who don't have a good 5.1 or 2.1 sound system.
