Realme flagship Snapdragon 888 officially launches on January 7

The smartphone should be the firstborn of the Realme Koi line, which is so named after the koi carp.

Today, the president of Realme China, Xu Qi, announced on his Weibo page that the company will announce the Realme V15 smartphone as early as January 7, that is, this coming Thursday.

The image of the Realme V15 shared by Xu Qi confirms that the phone has received a colorful back design. The rectangular camera received a 64-megapixel main image sensor and two additional modules. Realme V15 is available for pre-booking in China.

The smartphone should be the firstborn of the Realme Koi line, which is named after the koi carp, a decorative domesticated fish derived from the Amur subspecies of the carp. These fish are popular in Japan, they are very beautiful in different colors and shapes.

Sources say the smartphone will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal flash storage. It will come pre-loaded with the Android 11 operating system and Realme UI 2.0.
