OPPO is preparing a mysterious 5G smartphone with a quad camera and ColorOS 11.1 system


In the database of the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), information has appeared about the mysterious OPPO smartphone with the codename CPH2205. The published documentation gives an idea of ​​the design of the device.

As you can see in the schematic illustration (see below), in the upper left corner of the rear panel is a multi-module camera enclosed in a rectangular area with rounded corners. Apparently, three optical modules and a flash were used - these components are organized in the form of a 2 × 2 matrix. The resolution of the main sensor will be 48 million pixels.

The dimensions of the front part are indicated - 160.1 × 73.32 mm with a diagonal of 170 mm. The smartphone will receive a 6.2-inch display of unnamed resolution. Most likely, a Full HD + matrix will be used.

The novelty will be delivered with the operating system ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11. The battery capacity is also indicated - 4310 mAh. Most likely, the device will receive support for fifth-generation mobile networks (5G).

It is noted that the CPH2205 model has already been spotted in the database of the European Economic Community (EEC). And this means that the smartphone will also be released on the European market. The announcement is expected soon.
