At CES 2021, the South Korean company LG Electronics (LG) unveiled the gaming-grade UltraGear 34GP950G and UltraGear 32GP850 monitors, made on Nano IPS matrices, respectively 34 and 31.5 inches diagonally.
The older of the two new products has a resolution of UltraWide QHD (3440 × 1440 pixels) and a refresh rate of 144 Hz, up to 180 Hz in OC mode. Talking about VESA DisplayHDRTM 600 certification and support for NVIDIA G-Sync Ultimate technology.
The 31.5-inch model, in turn, corresponds to the QHD format (2560 × 1440 pixels). The monitor has a refresh rate of 165 Hz up to 180 Hz in OC mode. Added support for HDR10, NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium.
Both panels claim 98% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and 1ms response time (G2G).
The UltraGear family also includes the 27-inch 27GP950 we talked about earlier. Feature of this 4K panel (3840 × 2160 pixels) is the presence of HDMI 2.1 interface.
Obviously, all new items will go on sale this year. But the exact time to market, as well as the cost, are not named.
