Intel RealSense ID applies elements of changing physical characteristics such as beards and glasses over time to ensure continued ease of use. In addition, it works in a variety of lighting environments to respond to various factors such as height or skin color.

The solution, according to Intel, has built-in anti-spoofing technology that prevents intrusion attempts using photos, videos or masks, and the false positive rate is one in a million.
