Despite the announcement of The Elder Scrolls 6 in 2018, nothing really is known about the game. However, towards the end of last year, Bethesda tweeted a map of Skyrim with several candles and the caption: "Study the past and map the future."
One of the candles stands on Solitude, the capital of Skyrim, another on Hammerfell, and the third around the Sea of Ghosts, which washes both the shores of Skyrim and Atmora, the frozen mainland north of Tamriel. Fans have begun to figure out the company's message, but there is still no consensus.
Some believe that the developers want to say this: Skyrim was the past of the series, and Hammerfell will be its future. Note that Hammerfell, based on earlier rumors, is still the most likely location for the sixth part.
At the same time, there is a possibility that Bethesda is flirting with the players of the online version of The Elder Scrolls, which has been developing successfully in recent years.
