- As a result, Sony removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the Playstation Store, and Sony, Microsoft and CD Projekt are forced to offer full compensation for the game to customers.
- Consequently, CD Projekt suffers reputational and material damage
- CDPR's business, performance and outlook statements were false and misleading and/or lacking a reasonable basis, and stocks dropped significantly after the game was released
On December 4, one OTGLF share cost $ 120, but now it fell to $ 65.72.
The company has extensive experience in investigating similar cases. CDPR will defend its rights.
