ASUS ROG Flow X13 benchmark test exposure: Ryzen R9-5950HS is 30% higher than Renoir

@Leakbench and @TUM_APISAK just shared the benchmark test results of the ASUS ROG Flow X13 gaming notebook on Twitter. It can be seen that AMD’s octa-core Zen 3 “Cezanne” mobile processor has a 30% improvement over Renoir. Among them, the Geekbench 5 score of the Ryzen R9-5950HS model is single-core 1532 / multi-core 8219, and the R9-5900HS model's score is single-core 1381 / multi-core 5897.

In terms of specifications, AMD Ryzen R9-5980HS uses an 8-core/16-thread Zen 3 core based on TSMC’s 7nm FinFET process, supplemented by 4MB L2 + 16MB L3 cache.

This Ryzen 5000-HX series high-end processor has a base frequency of 3.0GHz / dynamic acceleration up to 4.8GHz, the thermal design power consumption of 35W, but it can also unlock 45W TDP in overclocking mode.

In terms of GPU, R9-5950HS integrates an enhanced Vega core display with 8 sets of computing units (CU)/512 stream processors and a frequency of 2100 MHz. In addition, ASUS ROG Flow X13 is equipped with LPDDR4-4266 memory, which is expected to provide a better graphics experience than the previous generation.

Interestingly, the whistleblower found two benchmark test items in the Geekbench 5 database, and the processor ran to 4.8 GHz (average acceleration frequency of 4.53 GHz).
