Google currently has four design patents, out of which we can see future pixel smartphones. If Google's smartphones are like this in the coming time, then an under-display camera can be given in one of them. Although these display cameras are not clearly written in the patent documents.
According to the patent, Google Pixel 6 may have an under-display camera lens. Additionally, the patent states that the rear-camera design will remain unchanged from the Pixel 5, meaning the module will include two sensors and an LED flash.
Apart from Google, various phone manufacturers can launch their phones in the year 2021 with an under-display selfie camera. The ZTE Axon 20 5G is the first phone to come with under-display camera technology that came for sale. Unfortunately, the patent does not reveal much about the upcoming smartphone, but recent reports have claimed that the specifications of the Google Pixel 6 will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone is expected to be launched in the second half of 2021.
