An enthusiast named GmanModz has built a Nintendo 64 handheld console that is much smaller than the original controller and slightly larger than a cartridge. To achieve this size, unnecessary parts had to be discarded.
As a result, the console is equipped with a 320x240 screen, battery and sticks from Nintendo Switch. The cartridges are inserted into the back of the console.
The only drawbacks are the too weak battery, which can withstand an hour and a half of playing, as well as the form factor of the portable N64 itself - it is not very comfortable to hold it in your hands. Nevertheless, GmanModz is pleased with his brainchild, assuring that even with all its drawbacks, the console fits freely in your pocket.
