EK unveils a water block for video cards ROG 3070 Strix

The Slovenian company EK Water Blocks, a well-known developer of liquid cooling systems, has presented the EK-Quantum Vector Strix RTX 3070 D-RGB waterblock, designed for ASUS graphics accelerators.

As the name reflects, the new product is intended for use with ROG Strix RTX 3070 video cards. In particular, it is said about compatibility with accelerators ROG-Strix-RTX3070-8G-Gaming, ROG-Strix-RTX3070-O8G-Gaming, ROG-Strix-RTX3070- 8G-White and ROG-Strix-RTX3070-O8G-White.

The water block received an optimized channel structure, which helps to reduce hydrodynamic instability. The Open Split-Flow design provides high cooling performance even at low flow rates, allowing for less powerful pumps.

Addressable D-RGB backlighting based on six LEDs. It can be controlled via a motherboard with ASUS Aura Sync technology, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync or MSI Mystic Light Sync.

The new product is already available for pre-order, but deliveries will begin only at the end of January. Estimated price - 170 euros.
